• Venue information: Organisation name, address, contact details, and branding assets provided during onboarding.
• Booking data: Room bookings, dates, times, customer names, and booking status.
• Payment information: Transaction references and subscription status. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by WiPay.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and organisation.
• Process bookings and send confirmation and notification emails.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
• Improve and maintain the Service.
• Send service-related communications (e.g. subscription renewal reminders).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following trusted third-party providers to operate the Service:

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.
