These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RoomReservePro, a service provided by JARR Global, a sole trader registered in Trinidad and Tobago ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using RoomReservePro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
RoomReservePro is a cloud-based room booking and management platform ("Service") designed for community centres, halls, guesthouses, and similar venues. The Service enables venue administrators to manage rooms and bookings, and allows members of the public to submit booking requests.
To access administrative features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
RoomReservePro offers the following subscription tiers:
Pricing is billed annually. All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely through WiPay, a Caribbean payment gateway. By completing a payment, you authorise JARR Global to charge the applicable annual fee. All transactions are subject to WiPay's terms and conditions.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free Plan unless payment is made.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, contact us at support@roomreservepro.com.
Subscriptions are billed annually. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your subscription expires. If payment is not received by the expiry date, your account will be restricted to 1 room until payment is made.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, branding, and software associated with RoomReservePro are the property of JARR Global. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JARR Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@roomreservepro.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
